Set Your Own Fees. We allow you to set your own fee or commission rates with no penalty. Most brokers or firms will penalize you for charging less than their company rate. This can allow you to compete right away and to get creative with your pricing. Charge a flat fee or give a rebate at closing or charge 10% and fly your clients around in a helicopter. We encourage creativity.

We believe that the best training is "on-the-job" training. Studies show that you remember 90% of things you "do" and only 20% of the things you "hear". If you choose, we allow our agents to create and own the brand name they wish. You can name your company after yourself, your area of town, your niche area of expertise, etc.(example: Acme Realty or The Jane Doe Realty Team) You can even recruit other agents to work on your team and earn money off their sales. You can have your own office and call your own shots. It's like being a broker, without a lot of the headaches.

- Extremely Low In-House Referral Fees.
Most companies charge a 25% to 35% referral fee on in-house leads that are generated by the company. We only charge a 10% referral fee on leads generated by our sources.
